Vintage Small Green Tape Tin Lamp

14" from bottom of base to top of shade / 8" bottom parchment / 60 watts

Here's another tidbit of Americana manufacturing history: the Kerite Company was founded in 1854 by a nephew of Charles Goodyear. Its products were used in the first power cable under New York Harbor and in the Panama Canal. The company is now owned by Warren Buffet. We've upcycled this vintage square green and black tin, which once contained splicing tape, into a unique lamp by mounting it on a rectangular base and topping it with an 8" bottom new black parchment lampshade. The one-of-a-kind lamp is 14" high and takes a 60watt bulb.
